Electrical conductivity: Safe, without risk of ignition

The electrical conductivity of the optibelt VARIO POWER variable speed belts allows the safe dissipation of electrostatic charges. In the case of drives with insufficient electrical conductivity, this can be so strong that there is a risk of ignition due to the formation of sparks.

Better heat dissipation: Reduced belt temperature

In the double-toothed optibelt VARIO POWER the double-toothed V-belt ensures better heat dissipation and thus significantly reduces the belt temperature.

High transverse rigidity, high flexibility

The optibelt VARIO POWER is reinforced by a fabric overlay and offers transverse rigidity without losing flexibility due to the transverse fibers. This can be further increased by the double toothing.
